India Tourist Visa for Australian Passport Holders

Your Australian passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of your travel and there must be at
least two blank pages for visa stamps.
If you own an Australian passport, you will need a tourist visa to enter India. If you're joining us on one of our CBT Holiday tours to India, we will be able to provide you with assistance throughout this process.
To obtain your Indian tourist visa, please apply online or download and complete the application form.
With standard processing times and for a single-entry visa (30 days), it costs about USD$25 (AU$37) per passport holder.
With standard processing, it will take approximately 5 days. With rush processing, 72 hours, and with Super Rush processing, about 48 hours.
It is impossible and you will be refused entry when checking in at the airport.
It depends on which type of visa you apply for.
If you have the One Month e-Tourist Visa, you are able to stay for 30 days with double entry. This visa will be non-extendable and non-convertible.
If you have the One Year e-Tourist Visa, you are able to stay for 365 days with multiple entries.
If you have the Five Years e-Tourist Visa, you are able to stay for 5 years with multiple entries.
You will need to supply the following documents:

A digital copy of the bio page of your passport in PDF format.

A credit/debit card or PayPal account for the payment.
