After Breakfast, transfer to Tbeng villages and experience the way of life of Cambodia people in an authentic Khmer Village. Enjoy Remork (Tuk-Tuk) ride to explore around the villages where you can see mixture of local plantation, vegetables and the people's day-to-day lives. During the visit, you could enjoy Khmer traditional dish, see farmer growing vegetables, paddling boat in the river, rice wine refining, pig raising, palm sugar making, palm-leaf hat making and weaving work etc. Then transfer to Siem Reap town for lunch.
After lunch, take the boat cruise on Tonle Sap Lake. This Cambodia’s Great Lake is one of the geographical wonders of the world. Its extraordinary biodiversity and hydrology make it an ecological wonder of the world. Tonle Sap is 160km long, 36km wide. During the wet season, it has a size of 10,000 square km, with a depth of 12 meters. The Tonle Sap has abundant supplies of fresh water fish.
Later afternoon, start an adventure of Khmer street foods by popular local transport known as Tuk Tuk, you will start from a local Cambodia wine workshop for the process of rice wine distillation; then go for popular local food, what an experience seeing this Cambodian style with a long road lined with mats, street food sellers and a small fun fair, it’s an evening picnic and barbecue haven. This is truly a local hang out with an incredible variety of all kinds of Khmer foods on offer. Here you will sample a range of exotic fruits, fried insects, snails, roasted frog, fried chicken, roast belly pork, crispy duck and fried chive cakes.
